Then just start a recording on the channel that you want to watch. That will kick the other stream. You can then stop the recording and do whatever you like. A nasty workaround, I know, but TV Server doesn't really have a concept of user privilege or tuner ownership (at least not at the UI level) so managing situations like this becomes tricky. We don't necessarily want to enable people to fight over tuners as it might start small scale wars, but at this point we don't have a better way to facilitate sharing.
