Test (see logs):

- start MediaPortal (network client)
- go to My Radio
- choose Station

At this point, the server starts timeshifting the correct radio station, after 8 seconds the client tries to play the created stream, no sound at network client, then after a further 10 or 20 seconds the server starts timeshifting the next radio station in the list, and so on. No user input to cause the change of station to happen. Never any audio at the network client and the interface is unresponsive.

The problem seems to be in the TV Plugin, not the TV Server as using VLC for the client works fine.

This has been tested with 2 different servers and 7 different clients using 9 different dvb-t and dvb-s cards. All clients exhibit the same problem.

Yep, I've mentioned it before as well the last time was here:

ReWorking My Radio

The problem has never made it to MANTIS, I was thinking that since MP development is bug fix mode this might be a good time to bring it up again! The last time dvb-t radio worked on a network client for me was around SVN 12XXX, but even then it wasn't quite right.

There is another radio bug in MANTIS at the moment (0001071), but I'm pretty sure this one is different and just as major.
