Multiseat TV stutter (1 Viewer)

hi

i have just setup a client and cannot play tvon server and client without major stuttering issues, fine when only one seat watching tv but not both

i have disabld network throttling, turned off home firewall but still got the problem

Got this sorted it wasn't mepo which is perhaps reason I got no replies

it would be kind from you if you would post what was the problem source - in case anyone else has the same issue.

It was an mdapi issue which I think is not allowed to be discussed on here so don't want to get in trouble
