Jepp, thats right. RL & RR are empty channels it should be like in the pic in -> Link! Thats exactly my results. Thanks for confirming!

In your post you said that you also had the center channel mapped in mediaportal. But do you hear sound coming from it? I don't.

Sorry, you are right, only FL, FR and RL, no LFE, no Center. My Yamaha is configured for "Pure Audio" (as it is).

Now gapless playback seems to work ok. At least here in my environment.

Tested and unfortunately for me it is not working. What I did:

1. Added the 1Khz test tones to Music database
2. Played the first test tone and skipped till almost the end (4secs left)
3. Second test tone didn't start to play although it is highlighted in the list (see screenshot)

Furthermore it seems that the (music) stop is not executed cleanly (see Logs). (if I close MediaPortal it is still in the tasmanager and I had to kill it from there).

I tested this with the settings below. Everything I tested it with was playing like it should! No clicks hearable!

Only issue I had, that I couldn't test with the test tone, it played but I heard no sound.

I did a quick 'stutter' test. And the stutter is gone. But let me test this further this evening. I have more time then.

Big Thanks, gapless playback seems to work. With the .flac test tones i can fully confirm holözis report, after converting the test tone to .mp3 it works as it should!
