Ok, sorry then. Just wanted to make sure, that you are really using the latest version.

All of you, who still hear a tick.
Please do me a favour and give a try with the attached test program.

Execute BassMixer.exe and point to a folder containing the files. Make sure tat they are named like 01 .., 02 ..., so that they are played in the right order.
Just press "Start". You can use the "+15 sec" button to skip forward. the other buttons, fon't work properly.
It uses the same method, like MP and i just want to make sure, if the ticks are there as well, without MP.

Made the tests with .mp3 and .flac (1kHz Testtone) and gaps are there!

Because i was curious, if gapless playback with bass is possible at all, i have made a test with xmPlay (un4seen) and i must say, gapless playback is working like a charme! (.flac, WASAPI)

Gapless playback is possible for sure.
With the above sampple and with the changes, which i did to MP, it works fine here.
Even your 30 secs sample with the test tone.

I hve no click at all, both with BASS Directx and BASS WASAPI.

Also tried this with the bassmixer with the 1kHz test tone (damn this tone is annoying). But unfortunately I heard it skipping.

@hwahrmann you said it works at your place? How is that possible? What hardware are you running and what OS? Maybe that's why our results are so different?

Wasapi - BASS using Wasapi
Asio - BASS using Asio

Maybe "BASS Engine" should be changed to "Directshow" then?

BASS used Directshow
and yes Bass used DirectX

Hi @hwahrmann !

Unfortunately i have noticed another strange issue with this version: Channelpapping seems to be wrong.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start MP/MyMusic
2. Start playback of a multichannel HiRes .flac file (in this case FL, C, FR, RL, RR (RL & RR are empty). ->
3. Channels FL, C, FR, RL and LFE are mapped by MP.

I've tested this file with foobar2000, xmplay37 and musicbee (bass engine) and it was working fine! Logs, mediainfo and channelinfo are attached. Link to this file for testing by pm.

It seems that i needed too much time between the end of playback and init of the new stream.
