How do I stop a selected video from repeatedly playing though? I want it to play the video and then return to the list so another can be chosen...

Hi,

Glad you like the plugin.

You can prevent a track repeating by going into the 'Playlist' from the menu and from the playlist menu disable Repeat. (see screenshots)

As the plugin is uses playlists for everything, when you select a track to play all items in the facade are added to the playlist. If the facade only has one item then what you want will work fine but if in track view then a playlist will be created with all tracks and play will start with the video select and continue with the rest of the playlist.

I will add a single play only option for the next release.

Any idea why some music videos don't start full screen? Others do..

I only have a small handful at the moment, so not sure what the issue is..

No idea, have not seen that or had it reported before .

If you could enable debug loggin in MP, then run the plugin up and play a 3 or 4 videos a couple that work and couple that dont (ley me know the order) and post your mvCentral.log I will have a look.

Doh.. Just hit another obstacle - just grabbed some music vids to try and test properly and it refuses to import them. They are FLV files.

Any way to get them imported?

In Mediaportal configuration make sure you have .flv as an extension in Videos->Video Extensions

Spot on thanks! Would never have twigged that it was a setting in there!

I noticed it struggles with Jay - Z though cos of the hyphen! Had to manually alter it...

May seem odd but that is the default list of media extensions that MP uses so MvC (and most video type plugins) look at that list.

A hypen in the name is a problem, not found an easy way round it yet - there are some hardcoded exeptions, A-Ha for one but not the best soloution.
