I kind of scanned through the posts but there are an awful lot of them and I cannot find the solution to my problem. I am having an issue where the anidb id for say Ghost in the Shell is a61. However the use of a61 doesn't work in MyAnime. Using simply 61 actually remaps it to e61 or Episode: Fullmetal Panic! - 2 - I Want to Protect You. What is the proper way to enter this so I can get the proper info displayed in MePo?

Hi, I am not quite sure what you are trying to do.

Where are you trying to map it?

I have a few anime rips that do not match the hash codes to be automatically added to the list of anime. So, for example, I created a group named "Ghost in the Shell" for the anidb I cannot enter a61 which is Ghost in the Shell, but I can enter 61 but that ends up as an episode of full metal panic. so i end up getting an empty group called full metal panic when i run the utility and no information or cover art for ghost in the shell.

never mind, im an idiot. i found the episodes at the bottom of anidb for the full movie and got the right episode numbers

I just started using My Anime2 and up until tonight everything was working well but when I tried running an import tonight it will not connect to anidb.

when I go into config and run the test connection I get the following output:

Binding to remote port...
Bound to remote address: 50.30.46.102 : 9000

Hi, this issue usually resolves itself after a while when the anidb server is too busy

I'll take a look when I get home

Ok that is good to know.
I just tried it it and it now says the connection failed and when I run Media Portal and try an import now the logs state that I am Banned, so I think I will leave it alone tonight and try again in the morning

right click (or info? on the remote) at the show level then choose databases >> the tv db >>> switch season and choose season 2 for second gig (on verifying that I realized mine was also set to season one so thanks for bringing that to my attention :D )
