I've just given a +1 to the rTorrent support in google code.

Also, have you thought about running JMM Server as a service? I can't (for some reason) get JMM Server to run on startup because it needs elevated privileges. Any thoughts?

Yeah I'll probably look at rTorrent after support for BakaBT.

Running as a service has been requested, but I haven't looked at it yet.
I know there are helper programs out there which can make a normal app run as a service.

Do you do a regex search of a webpage when searching for torrents? ala MyTorrents? Happy to help out with a regex as have added a few sites to my own MyTorrents.XML

Yeah that would be handy.

BakaBT is a bit different, as it requires a username/password and provides alternative versions

OK looks like you need to do a two page scrape to get the torrent link from BakaBT as they don't supply the link to the torrent in the search results. I'll PM you the deets.

On that note, when choosing random episode on filter, and marking the episode watched...doesn't seem to work either.

When deleting an Anime from MA3 it is only deleted from the database and not the file.
