So I have a problem... Hopefully it's an easy fix. I had the issue in MA2 as well but it would let me manually override it where MA3 doesn't. So when I import One Piece it catches some episodes wrong and I don't know why. When I look at the episode details in JMM desktop it shows it as a special episode but it's just episode 279. The AniDB link on the right takes me to the AniDB page for episode 279, not the special. In MA2 I could override it but when I tried from the menu in MA3 it said you can't override AniDB links. o_O

Just tested it myself and it seems to work fine for me.

According to AniDB that file actually contains Episode 279 as well as Special 7
See the following link and the related episode section
http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=file&fid=820225

In JMM Desktop you should be able to see the same file in the specials and episodes list

All good.
MA2 didn't support multiple episodes per file[DOUBLEPOST=1344830932][/DOUBLEPOST]
IF Z(10) DO ADD '[%bitbit]'// Video Bit Depth (only if 10bit)
IF I(cen) DO ADD '[%cen]'//Censored
IF I(Depr) DO ADD '[%Depr]'//Deprecated

Any idea of what text WebAOM is used for censored?
This is just a true/false.

Not sure if you are asking me?
From the wiki page linked to from JMM Desktop I see the %cen tag mentioned.
The tagging help page linked to from the AniDB client mentions
Depr - file is deprecated if the value is '1'
Cen - file is deprecated if the value is '1'
And the client seems to have a variable 'UnCen' also.
An example of my filenames;
Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke o 1v3 - OVA [SHiN-gx][Depr][Cen][DVD][720x480].mkv

Oh now I think I know what you were asking, the text is just supplied by the user isn't it? for example;
IF I(Dep) DO ADD '[Depr]'//Deprecated
IF I(cen) DO ADD '[Cen]'//Censored

I've replaced [%cen] with just the text string Cen, I think using a tag there was a mistake on my part in the first place.

Is this how it should work?

Is there a way to perform a manual update? I'm not sure what's causing it, but JMMServer stays at "Checking for updates".

Yeah I was more asking what text WebAOM actually inserts when you use the %cen tag.
For now I will use 'cen' and 'dep'.
You can always override these by using the tests anyway.

You can try opening the 'About' window and checking for updates there.
But this will probably give you the same issue.

Are you able to browse to the following webpage?

Latest changes working nicely, however I can't rename manually linked files.
Most of these are your typical bad download where the hash gets mucked up but, some of mine hash correctly, as AniDB's client is able to rename them. A few of these work themselves out on a rescan but not all.
Having said that, once I have manually linked these files for MyAnime3 to store correctly I would like to rename them, perhaps they could take a special output tag to show they are not official files. What that tag might be? I'm not sure. (badhash) (!bitforbit) (???) (wronghash) Or user supplied text.
