Thanks for the suggestion Iwendrly,
But now suddenly a few problems spring out. Here's one image that sums up all my issues:
majikoi.JPG

As you can see, file for ending 4 is automatically linked to Ending 3. And file for ending 3 is manually linked, but not by me.
I've checked the hyperlink, and it directed me to ED 3 in AniDB. Meaning it is incorrectly linked on AniDB, right?
And since file for ED 3 is manually linked, there's no AniDB hyperlink exist. So i don't know what episode that file is linked to on AniDB.
Lastly, ED 4 file was renamed earlier when i was trying out yhoogi's suggestion but decided to rename it back. Now the episode is looking for that file which doesn't exist anymore (because of the name change). How to delete that link?

EDIT:
Damn, after cross checking the checksums between my files and AniDB, it turns out that my downloaded files were renamed wrongly. So, just as yhoogi said, i renamed it it according to the hashes and all is right with the world.
But still i want to know how to delete the link to the missing file.

Hey Iwendrly, sorry it's me again.

Another question:
Baka Test are both linked in the same ID in TvDB as shown in the image. Now the problem is that i can't link season 2 to TvDB in JMM Desktop because season 1 is already linked to it. Can you help? Thanks!

EDIT: Crap i sorted this one already. Just select another title in the search bar and choose another season. Simple as that. I decided not to delete this in case another noob like me bumped into the same problem.

This usually happens when a file is incorrectly entered on AniDB.
Once the entry is fixed on AniDB, you can force update the information which should re-link it to the correct episode locally.

Well at least in my case it was something different.
    [DB] Bleach 178, 181 & 187 were crosslinked (i.e. 181 & 187; other time 178 with 184; etc)
As they were ok in AniDB and hashes were also ok, cause must have been something different

    Cheers

I know it may be unlikely but have you considered making a server port for linux? May be looking at it for a server, although can just run a vps on the linux server just for the jmm server lol

Quite a few people have asked to make JMM compatible with linux.
It's not a small job so I haven't really gone much into it yet.
It also conflicts with the requests to run JMM Server as a windows service, so a few thing s to work out yet.

    Release 3.09/3.0.10

    Available via automatic update

Important Note - My web cache host has disabled my database due to excessive usage. I recommend everyone disable all web cache functionality (JMM Desktop - Settings - Web Cache) until I resolve the issue or find a new host.
    • Issue #238 : Year isn't always shown correctly in MyAnime3 and JMM Desktop
    • Issue #237 : Single-series group displays group name instead of series name (MyAnime3)
    • When renaming a series in JMM Desktop it will also ask you if you want to apply changes to the parent group as well.
    • Implement missing relations window for mustayaluca skin
    • Issue #239 : Option to only have one instance of JMM Server
    • Beginnings of file renaming functionality

Try going into JMM Desktop - Server tab.
And then press the "Remove Missing Files" button.
Make sure you have all USB/Network drives available

Thanks for this one, lwerndly. Works like a charm!

But do you know why my episodes are not marked as watched as soon as i finished watching them, even though the "Set file as watched if episode is watched" option in Settings is ticked?
And now it seems that my watched status from JMM Desktop is not synching with AnimeDB anymore. Once i mark an episode as watched in JMM Desktop, after i close both Server & Desktop then restart them back, the status reverts back to unwatched.

Can you check if your AniDB MyList options look something like the following.

Also to be sure - In JMM Desktop you actually needs to press the button to mark as watched. It is not automatically done like MA3

My AniDB Mylist option was always like that, though just to be sure i unchecked it then checked it back.
    And now trying...
    ...
Aaaaand it worked! Tried with a few animes and they sync simultaneously with Mylist on AniDB, unlike yesterday. That's weird though, a bug of some sort? But anyway, thanks man!

I'd be cool if this could be done with Desktop as well.

    EDIT:
Aargh scrap that, mylist won't sync properly. Some episodes sync nicely, some doesn't.
