How can I turn off subtitles by default please?

This is something you can do in MediaPortal rather than MyAnime3

1.6.7.7091 (a42fccd) (blitzkrieg) (master@7082) that the version of mpc y am using

Upgraded to the latest CCCP/MPC
Confirmed that there is a bug because the format of the ini file has been changed
I will fix it in the next release

Here is a bit of a strange behavior.
The Dashbord of JMM claims that I am missing 2 Area 88 OVA episodes. If I open it up and look under the Episodes tab it says I am missing Ep 1 and 2 but have 3. But when I check the details for ep 1 and 2 it actually says I have it. And if I look under Utilities -> Missing Episodes they are not listed as missing.

The problem seems to come from the fact that Blitz placed both episodes in 1 file.

For whatever reason when using PlayCurrentThumb (as it's used to Display the Movie / Video Artwork in videoosd.xml and videofullscreen.xml) it's Displaying the Episode thumb instead. I have put this in the files so it uses but - I think it should be changed in your Skin and not at the backend. Maybe you can have a look at this - you can find the files here in the MyAnime Folder:

Seems the videodatabase object had some workover:

ResumeOrPlay: System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'Int32 MediaPortal.Video.Database.VideoDatabase.GetMovieStopTimeAndResumeData(Int32, Byte[] ByRef)'.
    at MyAnimePlugin3.VideoHandler.GetTimeStopped(String fileName)
    at MyAnimePlugin3.VideoHandler.ResumeOrPlay(AnimeEpisodeVM episode) in C:\Projects\SVN\JMM\trunk\animeplugin3\MyAnimePlugin3\VideoHandler.cs:line 191
