Hi Z3US, no I didn't remove it. Where exactly are you "missing it"?
Note: AgeAdded is a "calculated field", it will be populated once DB is opened in MyFilms. IIRC, I do not populate it in AMCupdater itself - so looking at the DB after an import in AMCupdater it might still be missing. Might be useful to populate it in AMCU directly (e.g. to be able to directly use it for conditional updates in AMCU)? If there is a use case, this could be added as request to google ...

Hey z3us - you should check out the latest dev release (1827) (see testing thread for access) - Guzzi has added an 'Age Added' field, so you could use AMCU Update tab to update fields in records added in the last x days. Not exactly what you want (AMCU remembers the entries added in last import) but maybe close enough?

As I said, the AgeAdded field is internally calculated once the DB is opened in MF - and saved to disk, if there is any operation done that writes the cache back to disk.
So unless you have done that, the ageadded is not persistant in the DB itself.
To have AgeAdded available immediately after an import it AMCU itself, we would need to add the method the caclulated the "AgeAdded" to AMCupdater itself.

That means you are using a newer version of AMCupdater with older version of config file, that did not have the mentioned parameters inlcuded - as those parameters were later.
To get rid of those messages, you could (re)create the AMCupdater config (loosing your customized settings) - or create a new config for your DB in MyFilms setup - that will also create a new vorresponding AMCupdater config, based on the latest template delivered.

Using a Hierarchy Group Separator

Use a unique character as your hierarchy separator, like the \, that will not likely display in any film title. Then you can use global search to find all your grouped films or Box sets.

You don't need to rename or restructure your files or folders at all! Just create a 'hierarchy' of your films by:

1. Name your film titles by group. For example:
   • Harry Potter\Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
   • Harry Potter\Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
   • and so on,

and it doesnot do it for me.

Short answer is "yes", more than only one way ...
