Awsome work juvinious!

Works fine, fullscreen and all. I like that i can choose my bitrate, cause i still have 56k dialup

anyways I dont know if its possible but it would be cool if there was a way to automatically play the entire result list. Or like automatically moving on to the next result after the first video is done. Just suggesting.

yea.. i seem to now be getting the same thing as lyxalig.. With the .asx added, it just sits there until crashes.

Great plugin but it doesn't work for me.

I can search and find the videos with no problems, but when I click on the video to play nothing happens. The screen goes black for a split second and then goes back to my launch.

Hinz, try to delete .asx from your movie extensions! Then it should work (at least for me).

I realize there is several issues on different configurations and it's not going to be guaranteed to work perfectly or at all. :?
I had released it so people can try it out and give me some feedback. However I had stopped working on in for the time being to work on other projects, but I shall soon resume it and fix up some of the bugs in it and improve the way it handles the video.
I'll keep all posted here on it when updates are made. Until then, try to follow the guidlines posted prior and/or messing around with your configuration to get it working.

Yep, had to remove .asx to play videos and Yep I therefore cannot watch videos in fullscreen! I'll check the logs...

Can I suggest something, Juvinious:

Instead of passing the asx URL, download that file and parse it - there should be a wmv link inside. ASX files are simply XML files that tell Windows Media Player the playlist, and also content information. This is what my plugin does.

This should make it more stable, however this solution is not 100% either. MP sometimes gives a 'VMR9: Unable to get interface modes' error. I guess internet video streams still don't 100% work yet...
