umm, where can I get the MyMusicVideoSettings.xml that ISN'T in the zip but referred to in the readme? and what do I do with mylaunchbrowser.xml and mylaunch.xml that ARE in the zip but not referred to in the readme?

I did.. just before I posted that.

That version was created after you posted. The new zip file should have all the necessary files needed for the installation.

It looks like yahoo changed something.
The mms url looks different. It now starts with mms://bogusmcache.bcst.yahoo.com/....
