    HI.
Optical can't transport DTS-HD at all. SP/DIF is limited to DolbyDigital and DTS 5.1

Do you have two sound devices active in Windows (I think so)? Probably HDMI and OnBoard sound via SP/DIF. It's a really complicated setup with this. HDMI to TV is capable of transporting DTS-HD but most of the TV can't playback any kind of DTS audio. Your AVR connected via optical could probably be able to playback DTS-HD but the optical wire isn't able to transport it...
At first you need to setup the proper audio device. If you want the sound played by your AVR you need to use something like "DirectSound Digital Audio SP/DIF" (exact naming varies depending on your hardware) Then you need to adjust LAVF (startmenu - lav filters - audio configuration) to "bitstream" DTS and Dolby Digital only, not DTS-HD, Dolby True HD or Dolby Digital Plus. None of them are transportable via optical cable. And at last you need to tell MP to use the SP/DIF audio device and the LAVF codecs. This is in MP Config - Codecs...
Normally the sound should be played by your AVR without issues then (no sound on TV at all this way but full 5.1 sound on your AVR). DTS-HD can be bitstreamed without dtsdecoder.dll. But on optical wire only the 5.1 core DTS, not the expanded 7.1. If you want full DTS-HD you need to connect your AVR via HDMI (if it's possible at all).

Thanks for all the replies! As Lehmden said It works when i bitstream the audio, but i knew that already. The strange thing is that before i dropped the dtsdecoder.dll into LAVF i didnt have to use the bitstream option, the audio was really good anyways! I just thought that it might get even better with that file, cause im a audionoob :) But since i dropped that file i get no sound unless i check the bitstream options in MP configuration. And when i bitstream the sound isn´t as good as it was before. According to my AVR manual it is capable of playing DTS-HD and Dolby-HD sound. But according to you guys the optical cable is not able to transport DTS-HD or Dolby-HD right? I post a image if my AVR here so you can se what my options are. Right now i have connected optical Nr2 into my TV. And from my TV i connect a HDMI to the PC. Maby i should say that the movies i watch isn´t from a psysical Bluray disc, its downloaded HD MKV files with DTS/DOLBY audio.

    Hi.
You should connect your PC via HDMI to the AVR (connector 1 to 4, did not really matter which one) and the AVR via HDMI (connector "out", this is important) to the TV. So you get the best audio possible.

My PC only has 1 HDMI port, can i use some sort of HDMI splitter without loosing anything?[DOUBLEPOST=1393282638][/DOUBLEPOST]Cause i still need an image to go with the sound

Don't need any splitter or something like that. The AVR has a pass through for Video signal and normally also a pass through for Audio, if AVR is in standby mode.
Just connect the PC with the AVR and the AVR with the TV, both by HDMI and you're done.
