My Toolbar plugin for StreamedMP (1 Viewer)

DOWNLOAD VERY EARLY BETA v0.1 HERE READ THE README.TXT because it might not be 100% clear on how to use this.

this is a little something im working now. its still not ready for release but im designing it for streamedMP first then we'll see about moving it to others. Its just a toolbar that will overlay any background video. I dont have a tuner card so I havent tested it with tv yet. It's still needs alot of work so Im not releasing it yet.

Right now here are the plugins used on the toolbar:

TV Series
My Video
My Pictures
Last.FM
RSS Ticker
My Music
MyMail (this is probibly going to get kicked unless i figure out a way to make it work for the toolbar.

If you can include a few media controls (stop, pause, etc) on it, it will be very useful for touchscreen users as well. I have read a few complaints that the touch screen users struggle with full screen video/TV.

well the top bar is still there with the media controls. touchscreen users can use that right?

im working on adding myMail support but the notifier is really lacking for what i want. so iv'e been sidetracked by that but i'll be posting the finished plugin in a couple days. i did change the Little Green Button (the button to toggle video background on off) with something that fits a little better. if anybody out there really wants to take a look and see what they can do lmk and email u the zip.

Will your bar always be visible?
I have never used the topbar, but if I remember the complaints, it is not always visible (autohides) and for a touch screen user without remote and without keyboard, that is a problem. But let me rather leave it for one of them to pick it up.

currently the way it works is the toolbar can be hidden. The green button on the toolbar toggles just the video background from on to off. but if you click the video button on the top bar, 2nd from the right, the toolbar will hide. then esc. will bring the toolbar back. the top bar autohides. i reccomend overiding skin settings and changing autohide to something like 3 seconds in the plugin config settings.

EDIT: i could use some help on getting the video overlay to be visable only when video background is not enabled. if anybody wants to take a look.

The problem with the old "Topbar" is.... Its NOT visible in Fullscreen TV, so its really hard to get out of there....
looking forward to your solution, so that I can use my eeeTop the way its supposed to work

EDIT: I would also like to see the navigation (stop, pause etc) first, in the place where you now have your controls for different plugins, and then, using the "+" see your navigators.... I think that makes more sense....what do you think?

ok well im making a pull up media control panel on the right. its gong to be discreet but i think it will work with a touch screen. only one way to find out.
