Exact same problem
Hi,
I have the exact same problem, the TV client seems to crash Mediaportal when you hit the MyTV menu item. MP will show you the MyTV Televison page but with a blank tv screen. The GUI is frozen, nothing works but after a long wait it'll pop up a menu saying "Unable to start timeshifting, no free card available". At this point its possible to leave MyTV and MP will work as normal on other menu selections. Hitting MyTV will produce exact same result.
I've been struggling with this for a couple of weeks now, can't seem to resolve this on my own. Some help would be greatly appreciated. Logfile attached which includes errors due to exiting MP via Ctrl-alt-del (impatient to wait for GUI to unfreeze...
