MySQL 5.6 Installation Problem (1 Viewer)

I've deleted any MySQL folders I found when I searched via Windows Explorer, (I did not actually have MySQL installed on my PC, but found a couple of folders added by Adobe Photoshop CS5), including those recommended on your site. I'm still receiving the following message, have no clue what to do, or look for, now....
