Azureus Users: It seems that something in Azureus has changed so I made a small fix to the AzureusWrapper.dll. You can pull down a new verison of the dll from:

http://projects.c3o.com/MediaPortal/AzureusWrapper.dll

Or get it from the complete Plugin zip file from:

Great plugin!

Some features i would like to see.
Ability to auto download the newest torrent
Schedule a time frame where it would download (like overnight)
Ability to delete those files after x days
Ability to see what torrents have already been downloaded

I'm thinking that most of these would have to be built into the torrent client. I currently use the xbt client because it doesnt use many resources (as of yet)

same here, I would love to get a uTorrent plugin instead of Azureus. I get glitches in Live-TV when downloading at the same time. Only with Azureus tho. To bad Microsoft wont recognize Java as a major language. So resource demanding right now...

azurues works for me and doesnt seem to give any glitches, have you set it to silent mode?

I would like the plugin to automaticly connect to azurues when you enter the plugin from the main menu. so i dont have to fumble around selecting the azurues button.


i think that "Ability to see what torrents have already been downloaded" could be done either using a database file linking torrents to files or by using a file browser.

it would be good to have an eta function. i.e. when you highlight a torrent it should display the remaining time left for download and the download rate. as well as the percentage.
other than that the plugin seems to work well

I have the latest version of Azureus. I found something called "silent" but not exactly "Silent Mode", where is this located?

Also, I cant stop/delete torrentz with the plugin. Am I missing something? I just installed the XML-plugin for azureus. Should I install the webUI aslo?

And today something strange happened, when selecting my RSS feed it shows for 3-4 seconds then disappears, if I then change the view to big icons they come back for another 3-4 seconds and the same thing all over. Bug?

I assume its the "add torrents silently" option and there may be some extra options which disable the dialogues

I also noticed the Stop/Delete is no longer working. More fallout from the azureus/plugin changes. I'll take a look at it as soon as I can. Not sure about the list disappearing on you after 3-4 seconds but I'll take a look. Could be the torrent list refresh clobbering the rss list..

I think the disappearing list could be the torrent refresh as you say. Some advice on how to fix this? I get my RSS list directly from the net.
