MyTV starts very slow after start up - SiedeBySide error (1 Viewer)

If MyTV is activated after the PC has restarted, the activation takes very long. In the Windows log you have the following error:

Generate Activation Context ist für C:\Programme\Team Media Portal\MediaPortal TV Server\KNCBDACTRL.dll fehlgeschlagen.

Please note that I am using a Technotrend S2-3200 TV card and no KNC card.

Steps to reproduce (100% reproducible):
- Start up PC (was powered off completely)
- Wait until MediPortal is up and running
- Press "MyTV" in MP home screen
- Now it takes up to 15 seconds until TV is shown
- Exit MP and check Windows logs

If MP is started again and MyTV is pressed again, Live TV starts much quicker (about 5-7 seconds).

I had this to until I installed Visual C# 2005 Express Edition. I think there was a missing/older DLL that this updated.

It was a while ago and I don't remember the specifics.
