I just installed the latest SVN and this file is missing from both the blue two and blue two wide themes. I can use the file from an another theme but it looks wierd. Can someone post a working mytvhomeserver.xml file for the default theme or tell me how to install the theme again properly.

    you should be able to just re-install the TV Client plugin and that should replace these files.
    I don't think they are in the SVNs, but are in the TVServer installation routine.

    You've probably already solved this yourself by now I guess though.
