I might be willing to take a look at the code myself, if only to fix that annoying apostrophe bug.

I have now doped zeflash (Project Admin of sourceforge mp-tvseries) a mail asking if he is active on getting the latest source into the project.

I just upgraded to MP 2.1.0 and I to am now having this problem. Im not able to import any TV Series, have tried both reg & simple and am running 0.41

Hmm... the activity seems to have petered out- is any one still working on this problem at all?

If that problem is ongoing (it seems to be)- it might be worth using the code from the previous release- the plugin does seem to be a good idea (although I would not know for sure as I only got it today and after much mucking about find it cant be used at all)

My point is... if it seems that there is no way to get the latest code- and every one else has lost interest I will start looking at the old stuff and see what I can do, because it is this functionality that makes MP stand out (in my opinion).
