MyTVSeries - Plugin that organizes TV Video Files (1 Viewer)

Should I implement an automatic file organizer to move and rename files?

It works even better for 16:9 displays :D

I've used basically the same idea, but all on one page. You select a show along the top and it displays the overview, move down to select from the list of seasons on the left, then move across to select the episode.

Click for 1280x720 images, and excuse the Vista background - it's a mock up alright? :)

Or the increasingly popular horizontal navigation.

Nice, I think I like yours even better ;-) Of course I dont have a 16X9 display, but it might also work for 4:3.

This looks very cool. So if everyone likes this view, I'll start working on it.

It looks like i need to to the following:

    - get the series top image and not allow user to change this image
    - completely remove the season image, description, etc
    - get the ratings for the episode
    - allow the user to select a url with patterns (Inkers idea - i.e. http://www.tvshows.com/<seriesname>/<season>/<episode>.jpg
    - save the episode image as a file named after the video file.

Does anyone have any experience developing the king the list view that is displayed in the images?

Do you mean the list of header images from TV.com, or the list of episodes? The list of episodes is just the same as what you'll currently find in Scheduled or Recorded TV.

Oh and two things about that list of show header images - it'd be great if moving right from the rightmost visible column (ie 24) moved everything to the left one row revealing another 2 shows, instead of moving to the next 6. Touch screen or mouse users could tap the arrow, which to people using a keyboard or remote would be unselectable and simply indicate that there were more shows to the right.

    I'll look into it. Thanks

    In the mean time...

I have posted new source codes and binary files here

WeeToddDid - Just wondering as your will be completing a 16:9 skin to fullfill this mockup, will you also be making a 4:3 skin? Just wondering (I'm sure others are also).
