First, I love the new MyVideos. I have stopped using another plugin for movies now.
I have a question if that's ok.
I have added some groups for series of films (star wars etc). In the groups view, I see the group 'folder' displayed along with all the individual films that are not in a group.
However the groups appear at the top of the list. Is it possible for them to be sorted alphabetically within the overall list of films?

Well, it can be done, but q remain to add new sort option like "Sort by Name - full" and leave old by name in case someone like groups on top.

When this was developed, we thought it was the best idea to have the "collections" on top (which makes much sense IMHO) - searching them in the whole movie list appears a bit odd to me.

I'm glad to have got a few answers for sure! However I feel the complete opposite. I don't understand why you wouldn't want collections of films to live in alphabetical order. That's how they live in my folder structure and it just seems more intuitive to me that someone who hasn't used mediaportal before would look under s for star wars and h for Harry potter. The alphabet is instinctive for us all (hopefully!) so why would we change it?
Anyway, I'd be delighted if you chose to include it, whatever the default is chosen to be.

It does not interfer with videos, but it does not work either. When I try to go to the TV section I get the message:
