It's working here for me but the installation got somewhat complex. Here's what I did (using SVN 21813):
1. Install WorldmapRC2.mpi
2. Replace GUIWorldmap.xml
3. Replace GUIWorldmap.dll
4. Copy Blue3wide skin files (if using that skin)
5. Open MediaPortal Configuration/Plugins to configure the My Worldmap plugin

Google Terrain and Satellite is working best for me (and of course Microsoft). Google Hybrid and Road are missing random tiles.

THX, evrything works fine ;)

I´ve tried to solve the problem the same way but now only works Microsoft´s and Google Satellite\Terrain.
The missing of Google maps isn´t a great problem but the Hybrid-Mode is very usefull to orient in the maps ;)
So can someone help me with this problem ? I am using the mediastream Skin. Maybe is this important.

    By using arrows keys and OK I get the dialog frame working. But selceting any map only result in a black screen... What urls should be used?

    I tried these from a post:
    Change the the "Google Aerial Url" from "http://kh{0}.google.com/kh?n=404&v=19&t={1}" to "http://khm{0}.google.com/kh?n=404&v=99&t={1}"
    * * Change the the "Google Road Url" from "http://mt{0}.google.com/mt?n=404&v=w2.52&x={1}&y={2}&zoom={3}" to "http://mt{0}.google.com/mt?n=404&v=w2.99&x={1}&y={2}&zoom={3}"
    * * Change the the "Google Overlay Url" from "http://mt{0}.google.com/mt?n=404&v=w2t.53&x={1}&y={2}&zoom={3}" to "http://mt{0}.google.com/mt?n=404&v=w2t.99&x={1}&y={2}&zoom={3}"

    Hi there,
    I just did some "research" and found out, that the following GUIWorldmap.xml in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal worked for all layers:

    <profile>

http://khm{0}.google.com/kh?v=36&t={1}

http://mt{0}.google.com/mt?v=w2.92&x={1}&y={2}&zoom={3}

http://mt{0}.google.com/mt?v=w2t.92&x={1}&y={2}&zoom={3}

http://mt{0}.google.com/mt?v=w2p.87&x={1}&y={2}&zoom={3}

http://{0}{1}.ortho.tiles.virtualearth.net/tiles/{0}{2}{3}?g=1

    </profile>

    Hope that works for you as well.

    no virtual Keyboard

    Wordmap Plugin installed and working, but i do not see any virtual Keyboard to input the address, City, road name, ...

    When i try to search Pressing F9 i get the context menu and i can choose but i can not input any data, and there ins´t any virtual Keyboard, (I am using a normal keyboard because no control remote available), but i don´t think that´s the problem.

    Do i need another plugin to see the Virtual Keyboard?

    thanks.

    First of all, please ignore my english spelling :-S

    I think you got the same problem like me. First i didn't have any onscreen keyboard(OSK).
    Then i change the XML and i got one. But it isn't centered.

    You can test, if you a have an OSK:
    Add an password(PIN) on one of your video-folders in the MediaPortal-Configuration, then start mediaportal an try to access this entry. Mediaportal should show you an OSK now.
