MyWorldMap plugin V 1.0 RC5 (Google Maps and Virtual Earth) (1 Viewer)

Was previous using Blue3. I have changed now to MediaStream - but of course same problem.

Neither Google Maps nor MS Maps display anything.
Was working couple of week before.

Assume that some dll interferes, installed a lot of other plugins after.

MS Maps OK Google Maps do not display

I have found the World Map plugin fascinating but cannot get the Google maps to appear at all even with the new url's posted. Is there something I can test/check or do I need to use new urls again - if so can I find them myself?

It's working here for me but the installation got somewhat complex. Here's what I did (using SVN 21813):
1. Install WorldmapRC2.mpi
2. Replace GUIWorldmap.xml
3. Replace GUIWorldmap.dll
4. Copy Blue3wide skin files (if using that skin)
5. Open MediaPortal Configuration/Plugins to configure the My Worldmap plugin

Google Terrain and Satellite is working best for me (and of course Microsoft). Google Hybrid and Road are missing random tiles.

Thanks for your investigation. But sorry does not work for me.
Same symptom:
Black Screen, when starting up.
'X' in the search screen.

Many thanks - now all works apart from the missing tiles on the Google roads. I might have got it working sooner had I spotted that there are some spurious characters in the various URL's in my settup. When I looked at each URL in the installed plugin instead of a clean ........kh?v=36&t etc each one had an addition of other characters such as .... 36&amp etc. My matching the urls exactly and removing these the plugin leapt into life.

Hi,

I'd really love to browse Mars too (and Moon if that is the same trouble).
Does anybody now what the URLs are?

I'll be happy to exchange one of the Earth links (ie terrain) for the Mars one until the developer has the time to add separate items in the config .

Oh dear - having got this to work brilliantly I added the Multishortcut plugin and ran the DLLFix.exe only to kill the maps completely and now get a black screen on everything! Any ideas why?

Any movement on this - I have the 'no image' markers everywhere!
