Not sure if this is the right place, but I am about to start with my first TV card on MediaPortal, which is the FloppyDTV C/CI for a cable TV service in Brazil with NetTV.
I've had a look at a friends NetTV box, and it has a smart card in the back, so I will need a CAM of some sort for my card, but am struggling to know which one to use.
From searching the web, I can see that NetTV use CAM's by a company called Nagravision from the Kudelski Group, and the version of encryption is Nagra 2. I think this is an American company who have the contract for the NetTV boxes.
Can anyone suggest to me from this what type of CAM I need for my HTPC please? I am not really sure, but I sense there is some sort of legal question over the whole CAM issue, perhaps with companies not wanting people to be able to plug their service into an HTPC, where recording is possible. With this in mind, I assume that Nagravision are going to be unlikely to tell me which CAM I should use?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

EDIT: some websites seem to suggest that the Matrix Reborn 308 CAM and Dragon 330 CAM will do the job, but nearly everything I can find is about cracking the Nagra2 encryption, where as all I want to do it use my legitimate smartcard in my HTPC, rather than in the set top box from NetTV.
