I wouldn't say a meediOS skin but it's definitely inspired by aeon/chrome/any other derivative of the skin.

He is right, they are from the default skin, I created those icons. They were inspired by the icons in Meedio though, so they intentionally look similar. The PSD files are here:

I found a bug with using Alternatecovers.1

When there is no cover present it displays the alternate cover for the next movie!

I'll post it on google

Interesting timing, Armand found (and fixed) the same bug today. It will be corrected in the next release. Thanks for the bug report though!
