Is it possible to set the default view in series view from tv-series configuration which you could in previous versions? I'm kind of old school so I've deleted the skinsettings.xml and the only view I'm getting is the list view. (new buttons are not yet in skin file)

You need the SkinSettings to change the layout from with-in MediaPortal, otherwise the plugin doesnt know what layouts the skin supports. If you dont want something to be imported in SkinSettings just set import="false" instead of deleting the file.

It has been removed from configuration as it was a waste of space now that you can do it from with-in MP GUI.

It would appear your Black & White skin doesnt use skinsettings.xml to format the list view for your season display (or it has been disabled with the import attribute set to False). If that is the case you need to edit the layout manually in the TVSeries configuration (Simply delete the string "SeasonEpisodeCount") or add a formatting rule for "SeasonEpisodeCount-><Season.EpisodeCount>"

I would speak to the skin author and ensure that TVSeries.SkinSettings.xml is included as part of the release.

I managed it to get episodes count shown nicely again. Thanks you, ltfearme

I have a problem with the Tvseries plugin right now,.

It seems that if all files are not found and parsed correctly by MediaInfo it will not continue to download the series information = no logos banners description :-(

The problem according to the log is this

    00000005 - 26-02-2009 20:37:41 - Problem parsing Media Info for: Z:\Videos\Serier\South Park\Season 02\south.park.s02e09.ogm
    00000005 - 26-02-2009 20:37:41 - This file will be retried: 5 times

after a few lines of this the parsing just stops and any series after this will not be parsed.

Do you have any idea of what could be going on. If I use the explorer integration of the newest MediaInfo program it successfully get the info for the ogm file.

Had a similar issue where the parsing expression successfully allocates the name, series number and episode. The episode in mind was

Two and a half men Season 6: Episode 10

If i had this file in the parsing folder no banner/logos/info were updated/retrieved for new files. After deleting the episode everything was working fine.

Dont know if this issue also was because of MediaInfo, but it could be since I experience the same behavior.

punkeren, can you enter that on the bug tracker. It would be good if I can source the file in question also.

    Hey Damien

What do you mean by sourcing the file in question since I have multiple files giving the same output as the one described earlier (all ogm).

Which bugtracker, the google page ??

    regards
