# TARAN - it looks like your VNC in not working properly.
1. Try to start VNC directly from Start->Programs->VNC - just to make sure it works.
2. Make sure you have the AxInterop.AXVLC.dll file on the root directory of MP [C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal]
#bozzo70 - can you produce a the debug log for Media portal. usually when it crash MP creates a log. Just post it here and I'll look at it.

Looks like your VLC control is not recognized [MediaPortal.GUI.Mydbox.VideoLanControl]
Make sure you have the file [VideoLAN.dll] under \plugins\ExternalPlayers
and the file [AxInterop.AXVLC.dll] under the root directory of MP C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal
