The log you provided indicates that the file Interop.AXVLC could not be found.
Make sure you run MediaPortal.exe from the same forlder Interop.AXVLC locates. You can also add it to the folder [plugins\ExternalPlayers] although I'm not sure it will help much.

Hi all.

I´ve got a problem running this plugin. I configured the options under the plugins menu. It recieved the complete list of my bouquet. After staring up MP and choosing MyDreambox TV the next screen starts loading and crashs a second later.

I am running MP 0.2.3.0 and the Dez Keywelt Image on a Nokia Dbox2.

A complete debug log is attached.

Question from a newbie to DreamDboxTV

I tried to install as described in readme. But there are two folders: "Release" and "MyDbox".
What shall I do with the files of "MyDbox"?
The plugin is running, but I start MyDreamDBoxTV, I receive an error message

"Method not found:´Core.Util.FileInformation MediaPortal.GUI.Library.GUIListItem.get_FileInfo()´."

Please help me...

i'm also new and i have exactely the same problem as michael-link . Bouquets were read and dbox.xml is generated.

I'm using MediaPortal 0.2.3.0

My DB7020 goes automatically from standby into full on mode as soon as I start mediaportal with the plugin.
Is there a way/workarround to avoid this ?? thanx for your help in advance

When i first installed the plugin and started MP, it always crashed because ot was looking for Interop.AXVLC.DLL which i found in an older thread under VLC.zip.

Now it works great, but on my laptop i get this kind of VLC OSD when i switch channels, but on my other pc this osd does not show, is there a reason / setting for that?

btw: if you could make the channels changes without going back into mp screen and thn back to vlc window, it would be perfect. Right now its much more stable than using TV3 (i mean MP in general). TV3 still has some bugs in it that make it very unstable to put as standalone machine, but this here works very nicely with MP and does not crash that often ... great work

Just wanted to let everyone know that I've made an exe Dreambox tuner based on the source code for this plugin.

Thanks to Kroko and everyone involved in this plugin, the source code was easy to port to an exe.

You can use this with the exe tuner plugin(s) for MediaPortal, TV Server and other htpc apps.

You can get it from the IR Server Suite installer.

Just wanted to give thanks for the job well done on this plugin.

Seems to be that most of you are using a Dreambox but i have a DBox2.

With the modified version of kiapiz https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/223550-post99.html it works, but not stable. Sometimes Mediaportal crashes with Exception Error and must be closed

I tried it with removing the 0.2.3.0 with latest SVN and installed the older version 0.2.2.0 with the MyDbox plugin and this worked without problems.

Hi there,

I tried the plugin, but was unfortunatlly not really successful.

I have a dreambox 7025 with CVS nightly build image on it, so more or less latest and greatest ;-)
When I go to mediaportal (0.2.3.0) configuration and press "get bouquet from box" then I get "ERROR ! Can not reed bouquet ! "

I did some troubleshooting with a network sniffer and saw that the dreambox plugin tries to retrieve "/web/fetchchannels?ServiceListBrowse=....."
It seems that this webinterface command is no longer available in latest Enigma2, it is replaced by "/web/getservices?ServiceListBrowse= ...."

Are there any plans to extend the plugin for latest Enigma2 images ? (post - 2.3 version images)
(Or maybe I haven`t the latest version of the plugin ? all the zip files in the thread confused me a "little bit" ;-)

DreamDbox running, need help with WebEPG please

Hi everybody,

the modified plugin from kiapaz works now wonderful with my Dbox2 but recorded films are numbered as 1.dat, 2.dat...

I think that if WebEPG is running, it will give the right EPG name as filename, right ?

Can anybody explain how i have to setup WebEPG ? I searched the forum but i did not find informations where to get it and how to setup it. The MP internal setup is based on internal DVB cards or am i wrong ?

P.S.: I think the reason for the former described hangups did result when connecting via Ethernet/Wlan bridge to the Dbox. Now the box is directely connected via crossover cable with my MP-Centre.
