... the link was offline, last time, as i said in my first post.
But it isn't now - checked it myself.
This Plugin seems like a great Idea,Its a shame after reading all the replies, it appears to have lost some momentum..Would be nice to see it moving along once more.
I have tested this plugin with 0.2.2.0 and the latest svn and I am unable to make any entries into the database. Is there something not so obvious that I have missed, which is not in the readme.?
Any info would be greatly appreciated as I think this plugin deserves the support.

The idea for this plug-in is just perfect. As a start, I would use it as a birthday reminder. But it would of course be great to use with one color for each family member...
I tried it on a 16x9 screen and could not get it to display correctly. Maybe now wonder if the files are all made for 4x3. So I will leave it as it is for now and watch for any new releases.
Hope the work continues on this. It is really a good idea for a plug-in.

it seems that this great plugin doesn't work with 0.2.2.0 svn any more
! days in calendar are not visible any more and no reminder pops up! additionally the size is espacially for 4:3 resolution, looks not really good in 16:9 hi-def screen .

I have observed the same and would also love to see an update. Unfortunately I am not a programmer and can not do anything with it....
