I have just changed from Avalon skin to Streamed MP and noticed that when I add new tv shows to MpTVSERIES the green new tag no longer appears on the show banner. Is this an incompatibility with the skin or have I missed something? It is set to appear for 7 days in settings..

Appears for me, its skin independent. Are you using WideBanner view?
The Skin can also add it to list layout, but we have not done that...I may add it in top left corner of poster so it doesnt conflict with watched icons.

Are you sure your import is completing in TVSeries...we can only guess what your problem is. Attach logs after a full import, first ensure there is no errors in your log file (in particular tvseries).

Just ran an import from within TVseries config and the NEW banner appeared in MP. The other files were dropped into folder and scraped from within MP. I dont recall that the use of one method over the other mattered in the past. The NEW banner appears in wide banner and coverflow views only.
Will run both methods and post logs from each when I get a chance..
Fixed it. Replaced the png file within the media folder with another and it worked on next load. Quirky but solved..
