You didn't answer my question?

Did the new version of WebEPG-conf.exe create a webepg.xml file in the above provided location?

Since RC1 changes have been made to both Webepg and Webepg-conf to move all its files to the Application Data directory.

Sorry James for not giving you a clear answer.

The new version of WebEPG-conf.exe did create a webepg.xml in the directory ....

--> C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\WebEPG

and not in the directory

--> C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\WebEPG

Hope that helps ya.

That is the only way of getting it working, install the svn, if using TVServer make sure when the remove settings warning comes up, hit the no button and it will uninstall but leave your settings intact, ready to reinstall itself.

This is what I'll do. No problem to upgrade. I understand fully that the SVNs are basically works-in-progress that get a little better with each release. From what I've seen, MediaPortal is worth these little hiccups. Thanks for the help, PD.

You could copy the file over?

I could copy the file over, yes. But that would hardly be the automated process WebEPG is supposed to be though. I'll upgrade to the latest SVN and hopefully that'll do it...
