No BBC HD using RTSP (1 Viewer)

I can't get BBC HD on thor (Canal Digital (Sweden)) to work using RTSP.
Using the option usertsp=no in mediaportal.xml gets it working, however i get stuttering on all HD channels with that option.
I'm running a multiseat configuration.

I'm attaching logs with both options used.
