I am not too sure if the IRSS has made this modificaiton by now...
i have been using a modified dll which just use a different IDs for Pinnacle remote.. so if you are also using "Pinnacle MCE Remote kit" with the XP ehome driver, probabily you can also use this to replace the original <install dir>\IR Server suite\IR Server Plugins\Microsoft MCE Transceiver.dll to make blasting on port 1 works.
