Immediately prior to that I see you attempt to do several ATSC scans. However, the scans fail completely with the following error over and over again:

That error means that TV Server was not able to load your tuner.
From the logs, I can tell that you have changed tuner settings. Specifically: you changed the "preferred network provider" setting from "generic" to "ATSC". If you read the note in the user interface (and in the wiki) you should know that you should not change that setting unless the default ("generic") is not working.
So, did you try "generic" and find that it didn't work? ...or did you ignore the note and assume that the ATSC setting would work better with an ATSC tuner?

Okay. Please reboot the PC. If the problem persists, please double check that all other TV software - WinTV, WMC etc. - is closed before you attempt to scan with TV Server. If that doesn't help, try reinstalling the tuner driver and rebooting again.
All right!!!
I uninstalled everything, purged all drivers and reinstalled everything from scratch. I now get tv channels as well as a video signal from the colossus. All appear in the guide.
The problem now is that I don't get any audio when tuned to the colossus. I have a Roku stick attached to a HDMI splitter to strip the HDCP and HDMI connected to the colossus. If I tune to that "channel" I can get video but no audio. Which is strange, because they should both come through. Is there a setting somewhere to enable audio for the colossus?
Thanks!
After setting TV codecs Audio renderer to DirectSound: Digital Audio (HDMI)
and
TV Channels, edit analog tunig detail, crossbar parameters, video source = HDMI #1, audio source = SPDIF ln #1
