No FF/RW when playing current recording from beginning (1 Viewer)

When playing a schuleded currently in progress from the beiginning there is no ability FF/SKIP anymore, I tend to start watching recordings from about 20mins in and then skip the adverts.

I know this used to have some issues so not sure if this a bug or a limitation, may have missed something.
