No LiveTV any more after codec changes (1 Viewer)

After changing codecs in the MP configuration tool within the television section, LiveTV is not working any more. I have already uninstalled TVPlugin and TVServer as well as reinstalled the MP SVN but no change. LiveTV just shows a black screen.

The MP error.log file shows:

What can I do to get this working again? Yesterday I reinstalled everything and then it worked again. I don't want to do that again...

Are you using same SVN version for MP and TVE3?

yes, both are 16673.

It worked fine until I changed the audio decoder and audio renderer within the television section of the MP config tool.Bu suddenly, it stopped working. The TV server still creates a timeshift file with video in it but there is no audio anymore... (checked with VLC player). If timeshift is started manually within TVserer setup, the TS file has audio!

Is there anything messed up with the direct show audio filters or with paths?

Filters shouldn't make any difference to the TVE3 engine side graph building. So it's indeed pretty odd.

Any idea what I could check before I reinstall everything?

The TVServer side itself seems to work fine because the manual timeshift works and generates a good TS file. Hoever, if the TVClient starts the timeshift, then there is no audio in the TS file... This is single seat.

I have no problem to reinstall MP, TVClient and TVE from scratch and reconfiguring everything again but I thought maybe analyzing the problem could prevent others from experiencing this in the future. But I understand that it might be too difficult / time consuming.

Just for your information:
I had this issue with SVNs from yesterday again. I had to reinstall everything and went back to SVN 16607, which seems to be the best for me right now...

Had the same today, tried using the cyberlink codecs and no TV, changed over to M$ ones and TV worked.

Still trying to figure out why and this is a totally new Vista install as well.

If it's down to a svn how\why, just should not affect.
