No signal or unable to start timeshift on selected channels (1 Viewer)

Having problems with a few channels noteably NHK World HD and RT HD. Tried a re-scan enabling channel movement detection.

TV log from server attached. I tried both channels at 10.36 today 03/01/2015

Tuning details match KingOfSat. My guess is issues with uplink [out of your control], transmission [out of your control], weather [out of your control], dish alignment, cabling or tuner(s).

Tuning details match KingOfSat. My guess is issues with uplink [out of your control], transmission [out of your control], weather [out of your control], dish alignment, cabling or tuner(s).

UPDATE: This, it seems, was due to LNB and arm not being centered in the dish (there has been high winds recently). I moved it back to face the centre of the dish and both channels with 'no signal' are working fine again, case closed.
