No tuner cards installed (1 Viewer)

Hi all,
I have just upgraded from standard tv engine to the tv server engine. All has gone well everything is running cards tuned no errors everything seems to be fine. I am at the moment only running my server, I have not attempted a client. When I start MP and go to my TV it says No tuner cards installed. I only have the windows fire wall running no others and I disabled it and that made no difference. I have checked the wiki and everything seems to be as it should be. TV service is running in the background sql data base is running and tcp/ip is all set up?
any help would be great?

Client

I just set up a client. It shows up in the tv server setup on my server, but the client does not pick up the server at all nothing in my tv comes up about setting up the server. Again I have disabled windows fire wall on both systems.
