No TV after resume (1 Viewer)

Hey folks,

I know this has probably been postet a couple of times already, but none of the threads I found provided a solution for my problem.

MePo seems to have a problem with TV (and recording) when resuming from hibernate. The WAF has significantly dropped already because of several missed recordings...So help me guys!!!
The only solution which seems to work is to restart the whole system.

Is there anything I missed? Maybe you can find something in the logfiles...

    Sorry, no expert, but did you already try to re-initialize TV Cards After resume? Its a powerscheduler setting...

    Jepp, I already enabled this option. Unfortunately this does not restart the TV-Service which I think would help...

    Hi,
    • Logs are showing that both TVserver and MediaPortal are correctly resuming from standby.
    • Next scheduled recording is stored for Feb 25th only
    • Looking into older logs there are scheduled recordings (e.g. Feb 16), which can be found as having been recorded in your latest log.
    Can you please describe your problems in more detail since the explanation given in your first post does not match what can be seen in the logs?

    OK, that's good news so far I guess...?

    I'll try to describe what the problem exactly is:
    Whenever the Mepo resumes from hibernate, live TV or recording does not seem to work. Mostly due to "program/channel not found". Restart of Mepo does not help.
    The only solution I've found to be working is a complete restart of the whole system.

    Hello VIXUN

    After resume it looks like the tuner is tuning successfully... but TV Server is not receiving any stream from it.

    Have you tried to remove and reinsert the CAM?

    But wouldn't that also mean it "shouldn't" work after a complete reboot as well?

    Hey, sorry for the late reply. I tried removing and re-installing the CAM. Unfortunately without success. Same error again.

    Hmmm. I'm sorry, I currently don't have any other ideas. However I have a question.
    It looks like you are completely stopping the TV service before standby, then restarting it after resume. How are you doing that? Usually people only enable the PS option to reinitialise the TVE after resume.
