One more thing: mbb, did you include the support for multiple simultaneous cards in there or is it "just" support for all B2C2 *Star2 cards with only the first card detected?

I removed the test that stop searching a B2C2 card after found the first one.

But I didnt test it because I have only one.

Try it and report the result.

I installed the tvengine3-11-06-2006--01-11h--Rev11545.zip build and still only one card is detected (=my second card, the AirStar2, is not even incorrectly detected as a SkyStar2). I think after looking into Mantis history that this build should already have your patch applied. Or am I wrong?

could you send you log file ?

if you have GetTunerCapabilities inside it's the good version.

Could you check in MediaPortal Tv Server management console if you have 2 B2C2 MPEG2 sources one with DVB-S and one with DVB-T ?

Thanks man for your swift reply. Attached are my logfiles plus a screenshot of what my TV sever management console looks like. I could not find any notion of "GetTunerCapabilities"... but am confident to have uninstalled the previous version of the TVServer and installed the new one I mentioned in my previous post. What's up with that?

It's the right version GetTunerCapabilities is in tv.bak (because the card detection start when the TVservice start)

unfortunatly I cannot test more without 2 B2C2 cards in my computer

Anybody has a clue to give me as to what can happen now? Will the B2C2 card support remain for single card systems only? Please indicate how I can help in getting this to work...
