No Video/Audio detected (TV Wonder HD 650) (1 Viewer)

I've followed the installation manual instructions and installed all the software and updates. That include making OS recovery disk, order the software/updates should be installed, etc.

I can see my card listed in "TV Tuner" section of TV Tuner Configuration. It also scans and detects ATSC and Analog channels, I can see channel names just fine.

But no video/audio at all. I have also gone through the hybrid card configuration and read some threads on this forum. But no luck...

When I go to "Manual Control" section of TV Tuner Configuration, select "All Channels" from the 'Group', then select a channel and hit 'Start TimeShift', I get this error message that says: "No Video/Audio detected". Please help...

PS: I installed the ATI software to test the card and the card works and displays ATSC, Analog and Radio just fine.
