This issue is just driving me nuts!
Last night, after reinstalling MP and TVServer for the umpteenth time, I got everything, including the TV portion, to work.
Went to bed, got up, went to try the TV portion of MP, and it gave me the same error, which MP has been giving me for a while now: "No video/audio detected."
I tried replacing MPFileWriter with Stepko's tweaked file, but it didn't work. I have tried moving the timeshift folder to the c:/ directory, so it's not in a subfolder. Most of the time, TV DOESN'T work even if I delete the live5-0.ts.tsbuffer file, which is zero k.
I am attaching my log, which was derived after I had deleted the live5-0.ts.tsbuffer file (and had actually reinstalled the latest, as of today, SVN of TVServer.)
If this is so difficult to fix, is there a way just to kill timeshift all together, since I'd rather give that up, than have a non-functioning system?
Trying to use the analog only portion of Hauppauge WinTV 950 with NA cable. The Hauppauge software happily plays all the channels.

Kill timeshift for the time being! So at least we will have a working TV part for that matter.

I´m not a dev, but I don´t think this is possible without major changes. :sorry:
The timeshift-file is not only used for timeshifting but also for streaming the live tv to the clients. So you need the timeshiftfile even if you don´t want to use timeshift. But correct me if i´m wrong.
