No video on live tv. Audio fine (1 Viewer)

I've recent added a PCI-E graphics card to solve another issue (see https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...aphics-hardware-when-watching-live-tv.133253/). Now I don't get any video when watching live TV. Works fine for movies and recorded TV. I tried watching a programme that was recording and I got video but it was struggling. I've uploaded a screenshot of it playing with the shift-1 OSD turned on. I tried to do the same whilst attempting to play live TV but nothing would come up. In fact MP pretty much hangs.

Running the latest NVidia drivers through NVidia experience and media portal 1.13.0. Logs attached
