If you try to put a XML-element of the type "videowindow" in the file "DialogVideoArtistInfo.xml" no video will be displayed (a black box is shown).
In B3W the videowindow is not visible at all, but that is because it is rendered through "VideoOverlay.xml" which for some reason doesn't show up in "DialogVideoArtistInfo.xml".
The bug is reproducable in all skins.
The same bug is also in "DialogArtistInfo.xml".
From code-perspective the bugged files are:
