Steve.Rayner61 and the other poster regarding modifying the Hosts file. Have a Like.
I had tried all the other suggestions with no luck and was getting nowhere.
Happy to report my HTPC is now back to how it was before the Windows 1803 update.

    I confess I have no knowledge with respect to this post but happened to spot this (see screenshot) while checking out the latest Win 10 1803 Update. I looks relevant, if not, sorry in advance and please ignore.;)
