it does a succesful tune, but then it stops timeshfiting.

    I wonder if this is the one stopping timeshifiting for u;

    "2008-10-08 18:43:41.248000 [5]: PowerScheduler: User input detected at 08-10-2008 18:43:41"

try and disable tvserver plugins, like psched etc.

also, did any1 even follow chemelli's advice ?

    /gibman

Is anybody looking into this at all ?

I have attached log and it is apparent that with latest build (20406) channel cannot be decoded, but with build 20256 is can decode the channel okay.
Look for TV3 in the log, but all other coded channels have the same issue.

Any input would be appreciated - the database is okay and have CAM enabled.

I may have been unprecise, but first part of file is build 20406 then this is replaced by 20256 (which CAN decode)
The part you show is the last part and is about DR1 which is FTA - the user input is probably me starting to stop MP at this point.
I you start at the top of tv.log then you will come to TV3 with the following sequence in build 20406:
    2008-10-08 18:36:44.637000 [4]: card2:HTPC 2 0

Time is here around 18:36 - later when TV3 is decoded we are at build 20256 but this is not logged in tv.log.
Compared to around 18:42 when build 20256 is installed:
    2008-10-08 18:42:49.346000 [4]: card: return not scrambled
    for the same channel

also, did any1 even follow chemelli's advice ?

I am using Conax and cannot find anywhere in the CI module where I can change values - but it puzzles me why this should be the case now, suddenly, it has been running for months now without the need to change anything on the CI module (which I apparently cannot do anyway)

I had issues similar to this when I first tried upgrading to a recent SVN. However, I couldn't reproduce it, and clearing the TVdatabase solved the problem. I would recommend you to revert back to an earlier SVN, and do a clean install when RC3 is released.

Hm, you were right now it works again - that just leaves the question, why?
The DB layouts are identical, I haven't found any data differences that should relate to tuning, yet.

Btw. shouldn't the RC3 installer suggest MPTVDBRC3 ? At least here it wanted to contiunue with MPTVDBRC2.

Blue3 looks promising, looking forward to the 16x9 version.

yes, its in the tvlibrary, path: \TvEngine3\TVLibrary\TVLibrary\Implementations\DVB\Graphs\TvDvbChannel.cs

my changed code in the function "SendPmtToCam":
    ...............

Well this is my first post as im completly stuck

How do you edit the tvlibrary as i have a technotrend with this very problem and have had this since RC2 but i was hoping it would be sorted in RC3 so i left off posting and kept a eye on the thread.

But RC3 is now installed buit i have the same problems with the same chanels.

Im guessing its the tvlibary.mdf?? but when i try and edit with SQL Server managment studio there seams to be no similarities in the table?

Agh i've allready lost most of my hair over this.

    Regards
