Not receiving updated data from thetvdb.com site? (1 Viewer)

I seem to be having trouble receiving updated information from thetvdb.com. Here's a great example:

Rec: Series Info

If you check an individual episode, you will see that there is text in the overview field:

Rec: Roman Holiday

Oddly enough, the data in the overview field never gets imported back into my local database. I have tried running the import manually several times and I have also deleted and reloaded the series -- nothing. A couple of strange things, I do have overviews for other series so it's not an issue across the board. Even more strange, I'm the one that added the overview to that series lol. It seems that any series that I add data to never gets published back to my copy (go figure). I'd like to be able to see the overviews that I am adding ;)

Anyone know where I should start looking? I'm not at home at the moment or I'd try to collect logs etc. I just wanted an idea on what I might try.

    Hi MasterV, the best way to diagnose is first see what the plugin gets from the online API. The plugin requests the following for a given series:

    http://zip.thetvdb.com/data/zip/en/<seriesid>.zip

    Where <seriesid> is the series id defined online, so for your series above: http://zip.thetvdb.com/data/zip/en/80438.zip

    You will see that there is no episode overview as well in the en.xml file. I would report this issue at theTVDB.com or just wait a day just in case they are experiencing delays. Its suppose to only take 15mins apparently.
